Derrion Parrish enters his second season as a graduate assistant for the women’s basketball team.
His responsibilities cover film exchange, game-day preparation and video coordination as well as the day-to-day operations of the program.
The Adger, Ala., native began his time with the women’s basketball team program as scout practice player during his four years as an undergraduate. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in graphic design at UAB with plans to graduate in December of 2021.
Parrish is pursing his masters in computer science/cyber security.
