Women’s Tennis Set to Face Louisville

BIRMINGHAM – UAB women's tennis (9-4) travels to Louisville (5-4) on Sunday, March 9. First serve is set for 1 p.m. CT.
The Blazers earned a 4-0 win last Sunday against Alabama A&M. The Green and Gold earned the doubles point to start the match. Vanessa Mellynchuk and Mackenzie White claimed a 6-1 win on Court 1. Kristyna Damaskova teamed up with Nera Tesankic to earn a 6-0 victory on Court 2.
UAB claimed the first three available singles wins to earn the 4-0 win. Damaskova, White and Enya Ratkic were the three Blazers to secure the Green and Golds victory. UAB has now won its last five matches.
