UAB MBB to Face WKU in Charity Exhibition

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's basketball will face Western Kentucky in a charity exhibition contest on Sunday, October 27 at 2 p.m. CT in Bowling Green, Kentucky in a matchup of the reigning American Conference and Conference USA champions.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club in Bowling Green. Single game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
The exhibition will be the first opportunity to see the Blazers in action during the 2024-25 season. UAB returns plenty of experience in AAC Defensive Player of the Year Yaxel Lendeborg, Christian Coleman, Alejandro Vasquez, Efrem "Butta" Johnson and Tony Toney while bringing in additional talent from the transfer portal, JUCO and high school ranks.
UAB and WKU last met during the 2022-23 season in Bowling Green where the Blazers won 72-60.
2024-25 SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for the 2024-25 UAB men's basketball season are now available. Season ticket packages will feature all home games during the 2024-25 basketball season and provide the most cost-effective way to attend games at Bartow Arena. Fans may purchase new season tickets or request more information on season ticket options here.
