American Releases 2024-25 Men’s Basketball Conference Opponents

BIRMINGHAM – The American Conference announced the 2024-25 men's basketball scheduling matrix on Thursday afternoon, revealing UAB's conference matchups for the upcoming season.
Each school will face six conference opponents both home and away, while taking on the other six schools either at home or on the road only.
UAB will face Florida Atlantic, Memphis, North Texas, South Florida, Tulane and Tulsa twice during the regular season, both at home and on the road. The Blazers will face each of the three teams that finished ahead of them in the American Conference standings last season. UAB finished with a 9-2 record against those six opponents last season.
The Blazers will also host Charlotte, Temple and UTSA during the regular season while traveling to East Carolina, Rice and Wichita State. Temple will play at Bartow Arena for the first time since 1993 while UAB travels to East Carolina for the first time since 2013.
Following their AAC Tournament Title and NCAA Tournament appearance last season, the Blazers returned over 62 percent of its scoring from last season, the highest percentage in the league.
2024-25 SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for the 2024-25 UAB men's basketball season are now available. Season ticket packages will feature all home games during the 2024-25 basketball season and provide the most cost-effective way to attend games at Bartow Arena. Fans may purchase new season tickets or request more information on season ticket options here. Season ticket renewal applications will be available in the coming month leading into the September 1, 2024 men's basketball priority seat deadline.
