Lendeborg Named to AAC Weekly Honor Roll for Third Time This Season

BIRMINGHAM – After posting his eighth double-double of the season in a win over No. 19 Memphis, Yaxel Lendeborg earned his third AAC Weekly Honor Roll recognition of the season.
Lendeborg scored 11 points and grabbed five rebounds at Charlotte, before putting up an impressive statline against No. 19 Memphis. The junior forward scored 23 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, including 10 offensive boards, while dishing out four assists in the Blazers' win. He is the third player in AAC history to score over 20 points and grab 10 offensive rebounds in a game.
The junior from Pennsauken, N.J. has four 20+ point, 15+ rebound double-doubles on the season and eight total double-doubles. He is averaging 14.9 points and 11.0 rebounds in conference play.
