Walker Named to 2023 NABC Reese’s Division I All-Star Game Roster

BIRMINGHAM – The National Association of Basketball Coaches released the rosters for the 2023 NABC – Reese's Division I All-Star Game on Tuesday afternoon. UAB men's basketball guard Jordan Walker was named to the East team.
The All-Star game will take place on Friday, March 31 at 3:30 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium in Houston as part of Reese's Final Four Friday. The game will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network, and admission to the game and Reese's Final Four Friday is free.
Walker ranks fourth in the nation in scoring with 22.5 points per game and third nationally in three pointers per game with 4.23 per contest. Jelly set a UAB record with 698 points in a single season, surpassing Robert Vaden's record of 695. His single season scoring average is on pace to break Andy Kennedy's record of 21.8 points per game, set during the 1990-91 season.
The Blazers have won a program-record 28 games during the 2022-23 season and they are in pursuit of the program's first NIT championship.
