Zemberyova Among Top Drawer Soccer’s Top 2021 College Freshman

BIRMINGHAM - Top Drawer Soccer has named Laura Zemberyova its 43rd best freshman from 2021. Zemberyova is just one of two plyers in Conference USA to make the list.
Zemberyova becomes the first UAB player to be named to the Top 100 Freshman list since its inception in 2011.
Zemberyova was second on the Blazers with nine points and two game-winners, despite missing four matches while competing for the Slovakian National team in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup qualification. Zemberyova was named to Conference USA Second Team All-Conference and was C-USA Offensive Player of the Week twice during the 2021 season.
