BLACKSBURG, Va. – The UAB women's tennis fell to Virginia Tech 7-0 on Wednesday afternoon in Blacksburg.
The Hokies won on both doubles courts, and were victorious on singles courts 1-4 in straight sets. UAB did not have players on singles courts five and six or in third doubles due to injury.
UAB now travels to Marshall for its second Conference USA match of the season. UAB is 1-0 in league action this season.
