Blazers Travel to Samford, Host Lipscomb

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB women's tennis team will play two matches this week, beginning with a trip across town Wednesday at 2 p.m. to face Samford from the Courington Tennis Pavilion. The Blazers will then host Lipscomb on Saturday at 12 p.m. from George Ward Park.

Tjia Talk: "We are really looking forward to facing our crosstown rival on Wednesday. We see their team a lot and I think both teams are really very even. It is always a good battle and Wednesday will be no exception. I'm Pretty sure the weather will be poor, so we will prepare for a long tough day playing the match on their three indoor courts."
