UAB to Offer "February Frenzy" Basketball Mini Pack

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- The UAB Department of Athletics announced on Tuesday it is offering a special "February Frenzy" mini ticket plan that includes each of the final four men's basketball home games.
Fans have the opportunity to watch the Blazers battle FIU (Feb. 4), Florida Atlantic (Feb. 6), Marshall (Feb. 25) and WKU (Feb. 27) on Senior Day for only $39 -- a savings of over $20 if purchased individually.
A limited number of ticket packages go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. and are available through Feb. 4 at noon. Tickets can be purchased by clicking HERE or calling the UAB Ticket Office at (205) 975-UAB 1 (8221).
"Our fans have been phenomenal all year long and have provided us with a true home court advantage," UAB head coach Jerod Haase said. "We're excited about the second half of our conference schedule, and we hope to see even bigger crowds at Bartow Arena as we enter the stretch run."
UAB (17-3, 7-0) is currently in first place in Conference USA and is in the middle of one of its best seasons in school history. The Blazers have won 14 straight games and own the longest winning streak in the nation. Additionally, UAB is a perfect 12-0 at Bartow Arena this season and has won 21 straight home games.
The Conference USA Men's and Women's Basketball Championships are set to return to Birmingham for the second consecutive year, marking the third time the Blazers will host the event. The men's tournament, as well as the women's semifinals and championship, will be played at Legacy Arena in downtown Birmingham, while the women's first round and quarterfinal action will take place at UAB's Bartow Arena.
