BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB athletics department has announced a special discounted ticket price for Wednesday night's Conference USA battle between rivals UAB and Southern Miss.

The Golden Eagles come into the contest leading C-USA with a 7-1 mark against league competition and are 20-3 overall on the year. Southern Miss extended its winning streak to five games and has now won 16 of its last 17 contests after a 75-72 win over Memphis last Wednesday.
The halftime entertainment of the contest should be equally as exciting, featuring the Russian Bar Trio, a high-energy acrobatic team.
