UAB Basketball Offers New Family & Friends Zone Ticket Special

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- The UAB athletic department is pleased to announce the NEW Family & Friends Zone season ticket. UAB basketball fans can purchase a 2011-12 season ticket for only $75 as part of the new Family & Friends Zone.
Fans who buy a Family & Friends Zone ticket will be able to get the best seats available in Section 217 of Bartow Arena. Less than 200 remain and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to the anticipated demand for the Family & Friends Zone and UAB Men's basketball coming off a Conference USA Championship, Blazer fans are encouraged to take advantage of this special offer as soon as possible.
The Blazers will open the 2011-12 regular season on Wednesday, Nov. 16 when Creighton visits Bartow Arena for a 7:00 p.m. CT tipoff. The "Flying Houndz Frizbee Trick Dog Show" will be providing exciting family-fun halftime entertainment for our Blazers fans with their action-packed, one of a kind Frisbee trick dog show that will be sure to thrill!
UAB begins exhibition play on Thursday, Nov. 3 as Florida Tech comes to Birmingham for a 7:00 p.m. CT contest.
