NIT Season Tip-Off Tickets Now On Sale

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Tickets to attend the 2008 NIT Season Tip-Off in Tucson, Ariz. are now on sale at the UAB athletics ticket office. UAB will be making its third-ever appearance in the event, and it will be the Blazers' first showing since the 1989 campaign.
Tickets for each round are $42 person, and will be $84 for both rounds. UAB's tickets will be located in section 24 at the McKale Center on the campus of the University of Arizona.
The Blazers will open the event when they take on Santa Clara on Monday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. CT (5 p.m. PT). The second round opponent will either be regional host Arizona or Florida Atlantic at a time yet to be determined on Nov. 18.
All orders must be placed by Nov. 4 as all unsold tickets must be returned to the Arizona ticket office on November 7.
