Dear Parents and Campers:
It is time to make plans for our 6th Annual Holiday Baseball Camps. We are very excited about these camps and are looking forward to working with you and doing what we can to help you become an even better Baseball Player. The camp for ages 14 through Seniors in High School will be held on Saturday, December 11th, and the camp for ages 6 - 13 will be held on Monday, January 17th. January 17th is a school holiday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The December 11th camp will run from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. In the case of inclement weather, this camp will be held on Sunday, December 12th. Tthe 6 - 13 year old camp will run from 10:00-4:00. In the case of inclement weather, the camp will be held on Saturday, January 22nd.
We will be teaching all areas of the game of Baseball: Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Baserunning and Bunting.
We look forward to your attendance, and we would like to thank you in advance for making this 6th Annual UAB Holiday Baseball Camp a tremendous success!

CAMP COST:
The cost of the camp will be $90 per camper when registering in advance and $100 when registering the day of camp. A deposit fee of $45 must be received prior to the session in order to receive the $90 price. This $45 will be counted as part of the $90 camp fee. There will be a cutoff number for campers able to attend these day camps. Therefore, camp registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. A camp T-shirt and lunch is included in this fee.
HOW TO APPLY:
The attached application should be filled out completely and returned together with a $45 deposit or the full $90 camp fee to:

LUNCH:
Lunch will be provided for each camper.
CHECK-IN
Check-in will take place at the concession stand of Young Memorial Field. All campers should arrive between 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Camp will begin at 10:00 a.m.
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
One pair of baseball shoes, one pair of tennis shoes, glove, jacket, and baseball pants or sweat pants. Bringing your personal bat is optional. If your bat is not already marked for identification, we will have someone available at check-in to mark it for you.
FACILITY;
The camp will be held at Young Memorial Field, the home of the Blazers. The field is located on the UAB campus on University Boulevard between 11th and 12th Street South.
