Tara Kidwell Honored by Soccer Buzz

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- UAB women's soccer player, Tara Kidwell, was named to the 2002 Soccer Buzz All-Southeast Region third team it was announced.
Kidwell was the second-leading scorer for the Blazers this year, but led the team in points with 29. Kidwell scored 10 goals to go along with her nine assists. Kidwell also made her name known in the conference stats, as she tied for 2nd in points, 4th in goals, tied for 4th in assists, and tied for 5th in game-winning goals.
The Blazers finished the 2002 season with an 9-9-1 overall record and 5-5 in Conference USA play.
