2007: Returns as UAB[apos]s top runner ... ran a 21:35.0 in the NCAA Championship, good for a 106th-place finish out of 253 runners ... qualified for the national meet for the second time, after placing ninth, with a time of 20:58.79 at the NCAA South Region Championship ... was the Blazers[apos] top runner at the Conference USA Championship, finishing seventh overall in a time of 18:23.5 ... competed in C-USA meet after missing three weeks and one meet due to an illness ... was 83rd at the Notre Dame Invitational ... captured her second straight runner-up individual title at the Crimson Classic with a time of 17:33.97 ... led the Blazers with an individual runner-up performance at the Belmont Opener ... named C-USA Women[apos]s Cross Country Athlete-of-the-week for week one ... returned this season after missing most of the 2006 year with an ankle injury.

2005: Became the first UAB runner to win the individual title at the Conference USA Championship, with a career-best time of 17:02.95 on the 5K course ... was honored by the conference as she was named the C-USA Athlete of the Year ... placed eighth in the South Regional, posting a time of 20:53.12 in the 6K race, and was named an All-South region performer ... also finished 57th at the NCAA Championship, recording a career-best time of 20:45.1 ... was UAB[apos]s top finisher six of seven meets ... finished first at the Evansville Invitational, helping the Blazers take the team title.

2004: Named first-team All-Conference USA after a third-place finish in the C-USA Championship, with a time of 21:25 in the 6K race ... the only athlete to be named Conference USA[apos]s Cross Country Female Athlete of the Week twice during season, receiving the honor for the weeks of Sept. 14 and Sept. 21 ... won both the Memphis Twilight Classic with a personal-best time of 16:59.11 for the three-mile race and the Old Timers Classic with a personal-best 5K time of 17:11.19 ... was UAB[apos]s top finisher in six meets during the season ... set a personal best in the 4K at the Belmont Invitational with a time of 14:35.16, finishing third ... placed ninth at the Chili Pepper Invitational with a time of 21:01.9 in the 6K.

2003: Highest finish of the season came at the UAH/Serra Toyota Invitational when she placed seventh overall in the 5K run with a time of 19:24.3 ... helped UAB to its best-ever finish at the C-USA Championship with a time of 23:34.10 in the 6K run and a 48th-place finish ... set a new personal best in the 6K with a run of 22:48.90 at the South Region Championship ... also set a personal-best in the 5K with a time of 18:47 at Notre Dame.
