Lauren Staff is in her first year at UAB as the primary contact for the Blazers' softball and women's basketball teams.

Prior to joining UAB, Staff spent 10 months as a media relations intern at Villanova University. She was the primary contact for the field hockey, women's lacrosse and men's and women's tennis teams during her time in Pennsylvania.

Staff is a 2019 graduate of the University of Florida and earned her undergraduate degree in telecommunications. She worked as a communications assistant for the Gators from 2017-2019, helping with game day responsibilities and media relations efforts for multiple athletic programs, but primarily women's soccer and gymnastics.
