BIRMINGHAM – UAB women's soccer (5-4-6, 2-2-3) hosts Temple (3-13-0, 0-7-0) on Thursday, Oct. 23. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT and will air live on ESPN+.
It's student appreciation night at PNC Field and UAB students can enter to win a $100 UAB bookstore gift card.
SERIES HISTORY
The Blazers lead the all-time series 2-0-0 with the last match taking place in Philadelphia, Pa. on Oct. 27, 2024. The Blazers earned a 2-1 win.
LAST TIME OUT FOR THE BLAZERS
UAB defeated Florida Atlantic 2-0 last Sunday. Ava Mills scored first with an assist from Lauren Lucero. Avery Berryman extended the lead, again with an assist from Lucero.
SCOUTING THE OWLS
Temple fell 2-0 against Charlotte last Sunday. Valentina Bitterwolf and Ariana Gronauer lead the team with three goals apiece.
