MONTGOMERY, Ala. – UAB women's tennis earned its first road win of the season at Alabama State on Sunday afternoon by a score of 6-1.

The Blazers claimed the doubles points with Nera Tesankic and Mackenzie White earned a win on Court 2. Klara Kajabova and Kristyna Damaskova clinched the doubles point on Court 3.

3. Klara Kajabova/Kristyna Damaskova (UAB) def. Ena Arnautovic/Kesmat El Tawil (ASU) 6-1

UAB won five of the six singles courts in the match, including a three-set thriller on Court 4. Kajabova took the first set 6-1, before falling 6-4 in the second. Kajabova took the match with a 10-5 tiebreaker win in the third set.
