Track & Field to Compete in Doc Anderson Invitational

BIRMINGHAM – UAB Track & Field travel to Troy, Ala. for the Doc Anderson Invitational, hosted by Troy University. The Green and Gold come off a weekend in Tuscaloosa and Tampa, where the Blazers tallied up seven top-ten finishes at the South Florida and Crimson Tide Invite.
UAB travels to Troy competing in multis and field events. The Blazers send Aniyah Marshall, Annika Huff, and Trinity Fellows to compete at the Troy Track Facility.
Marshall will compete in the Heptathlon. She posted a PR performance in four events at the UAB Spring Invite, placing top ten in two of the four events. In addition to Marshall, freshman Annika Huff will compete in the event after placing a PR performance of 3.55m at the Spring Invite.
Fellows are also set to compete in the Invitational. She put up an outdoor season best at the Crimson Tide Invitational with a 3.60m.
