MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The UAB women's tennis team picked up another win on the road on Saturday afternoon at Middle Tennessee State, downing the Blue Raiders 6-1.

The Blazers opened the match by taking the doubles point. Vanessa Mellynchuk and Mackenzie White took care of business on Court 1, while Adela Wasserbauerova and Sydney Clarke clinched the doubles point on Court 2.

UAB captured five of six singles points, with Clarke clinching the match for the Blazers. The rest of the matches were played out on the afternoon.

The Blazers return home on Saturday, March 23 to take on WKU at 1 p.m. at the Hoover Met. UAB will be celebrating its four seniors for Senior Day. Fans can get free tacos and will receive a free t-shirt. Fans in attendance are encouraged to wear black.
