BIRMINGHAM – UAB women's tennis fell to Austin Peay on Thursday at the Hoover Met Tennis Complex, 4-3.
The Govs were able to take the doubles point and secured three singles points to take the win.
Klara Kajabova was able to win in a dominate fashion on Court 2 for the Blazers. Mackenzie White and Vanessa Mellynchuk also won in straight sets against their respective opponents.
UAB is back at home on Saturday, March 2 to take on Alabama State at noon.
