AAC Releases UAB’s Updated 2024 Conference Opponents

BIRMINGHAM – With the addition of Army and the departure of SMU, American Athletic Conference league officials have announced UAB's new conference opponents for the 2024 season.
2024 AAC Opponents:
Home: Navy, Rice, Tulane, Tulsa
Away: Army, Charlotte, Memphis, South Florida
Tulane and Tulsa remain as home opponents from the original schedule which was released in November of 2022, but the Blazers have added Navy and Rice instead of hosting East Carolina and North Texas.
UAB has added road games at Army and at South Florida as opposed to playing at SMU and at Temple which was originally scheduled.
Highlighting the new schedule is welcoming Tulane to Protective Stadium, who is the back-to-back reigning AAC regular season champion. Additionally, UAB will play Army and Navy in the same season for the first time in program history.
Dates for the 2024 conference schedule will be released in February.
2024 UAB football season tickets will go on sale in January. Fans can request more information on season tickets by filling out this link and a member of the UAB Athletics Ticket Office will reach out in the near future.
