Guthrie Inks Bailey Tindell to 2022 Roster

BIRMINGHAM - UAB softball head coach Joe Guthrie announced the signing of Bailey Tindell, a transfer pitcher from North Texas.
In three seasons with the Mean Green, Tindell pitched 145.3 innings, recording 55 strikeouts and earning 13 victories in the circle.
Last season, the Salado, Texas, native pitched eight innings, earning her sole win of the season against Southern Miss on April 25.
As a sophomore, Tindell pitched 46.2 innings, the second-most on the team, posting a 6-3 record with a 2.70 ERA and throwing a complete-game victory against University of the Incarnate Word.
"We're excited that Bailey has chosen to be at UAB," Guthrie said. "We can't wait to see her develop here."
Tindell joins Tyler Armistead, Makenna Pierce, Jaden Goodwin, Reese Lowery and Alyssa Aguilar as UAB's six roster additions this off-season.
