Women's Tennis to Play North Texas in C-USA Championship First Round

BIRMINGHAM - UAB will be a #12 seed at the 2019 Conference USA Championship. The Blazers (6-13, 2-2 C-USA) will face #5 seed North Texas (11-9, 4-3 C-USA) on Thursday, April 18th at 3 p.m.The four-day event is hosted by Rice and will be held at the George R. Brown Tennis Center in Houston.
This is the second straight year the two teams have met in the tournament. They also met in 2016.
The winner of the Blazers/Mean Green match will play the winner of #4 FIU/#13 UTEP on Friday at 2 p.m.
