UAB Prepares for First Round C-USA Championship Game Against MT

BIRMINGHAM – The UAB men's basketball team heads to Frisco, Texas this morning in preparation for the 2019 Conference USA Championship. The #5 seed Blazers (18-13) will play #12 seed Middle Tennessee (11-20) Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. All games will be played at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas.
FORMAT
Seeds 5 through 12 play in four first round games. The top four teams – Old Dominion, WKU, Southern Miss and UTSA received byes into the quarterfinal round on March 14. The semifinal games take place on March 15 afternoon followed by the championship on March 16.
HOW TO WATCH
The first round will be streamed on ESPN+. Quarterfinal games will be streamed on Facebook and Stadium. Both the semifinals and championship will be televised on CBS Sports Network.

All of UAB's games will be broadcast on the UAB Radio Network on 100.5 FM.
