"We had some ups and downs here at Vanderbilt," Thomas said. "We have lots of young athletes who are learning how to compete at the college level and we are still growing. There were lots of solid results and some outstanding results and lots of things to continue to work on. Erin Long competed well and Kyla Horn is on the brink of a good breakthrough in the hurdles. The 4x4 ran a seasonal best and showed signs of running faster in the near future. Ebony Tolliver had a good weekend sprinting and should be at peak performance for conference. We have a week off to train and get ready for our next opportunity and we will continue to improve as a team."
Up Next
UAB will return to Boston for the Harvard Crimson Elite meet and Boston University's Scarlett and White Invitational on February 1-2.
