BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Megan Bertrands won the Flight C Singles championship to highlight competition for the UAB women's tennis team over the weekend at the Samford Fall Invite.

"We improved in a lot of areas this weekend, but at the same time it confirmed that we have a lot more work to do," UAB head coach Mark Tjia said. "Megan had another good outing by winning her singles flight."
