Limited Spots Available for UAB Softball Summer Camps

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Limited spots remain open for Marla Townsend's Fastpitch Softball Camps, which run from June 15 until July at Mary Bowers Field.
From June 15-16, Marla Townsend's Fastpitch School offers a hitting and pitching clinic. The hitting clinic is offered from 9 a.m. CT to noon for athletes aged 13 to 18, while the pitching clinic is offered from 1 p.m. CT to 4 p.m. CT for that age group. Each is also offered for a 5 to 12 age group, with the times vice versa.
From June 20-23, an individual skills camp will be offered to commuters, with camp lasting from 9 a.m. CT to 3 p.m. CT each day.
An individual skills camp is available for both commuters and residents from July 11-15. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. CT to noon.
