Women's Tennis Completes Day Two At ITA Southern Regional

AUBURN, Ala. --- The UAB women’s tennis team completed the second day of the ITA Southern Regional on Saturday with two doubles teams in action.
Both Blazer tandems fell as Paula Castro and Sarah Witkowski fell to Auburn’s Pleun Burgmans and Emily Flickinger, 8-1, in the Main Draw Round of 16 matchup.
In the Doubles B Draw quarterfinal match, UAB’s Catherine Ragon and Amy Lowther lost to Auburn’s Paula de Man and Lindsey Whitehead, 8-4.
