Pair Of Blazer Football Games Added To Television Schedule

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- UAB's football game at Southern Mississippi this fall, along with its home contest against Marshall a week later, will be televised by Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS).
The Blazers will play in Hattiesburg, Miss. against the Golden Eagles on Saturday, Oct. 30. The game will be aired regionally by CSS and is scheduled to kick off at 11:00 a.m. CT.
A week later on Saturday, Nov. 6, UAB will play host to the Thundering Herd for its 2010 Homecoming. The game at Legion Field will also be carried by CSS and is slated to start at 3:15 p.m. CT.
The Blazers have two other games on their schedule that had already been announced for national television. UAB's game at UCF on Wednesday, Oct. 6 (8:00 p.m. ET) will be televised by ESPN. The Blazers' home game vs. East Carolina on Thursday, Nov. 11 (7:00 p.m.) will be televised by CBS College Sports.
