BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- UAB head coach Brian Shoop has announced the date and times for January's Early Bird Baseball Camp.

The one-day camp, which is for ages 8 through 18, is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 at UAB's Young Memorial Field. A pitching camp will run from 9 a.m. to Noon, followed by a hitting camp from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Cost is $60 for the morning session and $60 for the afternoon session.
