UAB Softball To Hold Open Tryouts

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB softball team will be holding open tryouts for the upcoming 2008-09 season. The tryouts will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at George Ward Park (field #6).
All participants will need to bring proof of insurance. They are also encouraged to bring their own equipment, if they have it.
George Ward Park is located one mile from the UAB campus on Green Springs Highway.
