UAB's Esen Takes Title At UTC Baras Fall Classic

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. ----- UAB's Gulsah Esen took the title in flight "B" singles of the UTC Baras Fall Classic here on Sunday. Esen defeated teammate Ornischa Maier-Knapp, 6-1, 6-2, to win the flight.

In flight "B" of doubles, UAB's Seden Soyalp and Julia von Samson lost in the finals to Murray State's Christina Hall and Jaclyn Leeper, 8-4.

The Blazers will next compete in the Birmingham-Southern Quad Tournament on Oct. 1-3, in Birmingham, Ala.
