Softball Games Postponed Due To Inclement Weather

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- The UAB softball team's home doubleheader against the Chattanooga Lady Mocs, which was scheduled to be played on Tuesday night at George Ward Park, has been postponed due to inclement weather announced UAB head coach Marla Townsend.
The non-conference games will be rescheduled to later this season, but a specific date has not been finalized. That information will be released as soon as it is made known.
The UAB softball team will next be in action at noon (CDT) on Saturday as the Blazers open up a three-game set against the USF Bulls on the road in Tampa, Fla. The Conference USA adversaries will play a doubleheader on Saturday, followed by a series finale at noon on Sunday.
