Softball Cancels Doubleheader

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - UAB (36-17, C-USA 14-7) canceled its game that was scheduled for this afternoon against Jacksonville State due to inclement weather.
The Blazers are currently tied for second place in C-USA behind No. 18 DePaul.
UAB travels to Chicago, Ill. this weekend to face DePaul in the last conference series of the 2002 season. The Blazers will face the Blue Demons in a doubleheader Saturday, beginning at noon, and will conclude the series Sunday in a single game, also starting at noon.
