Women's Tennis Team Begin Play At ITA South Regionals

MOBILE, Ala. - The UAB women's tennis team started play today at the ITA South Regional hosted by the University of South Alabama. Undoubtedly, the most-talented region of women's intercollegiate tennis, the Southern Championships will see players from national champion Georgia, host South Alabama and other SEC powerhouses such as Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Mississippi and Mississippi State. Other participants include: Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami (Fla.) and South Florida.
