Men’s Tennis Hosts South Alabama in Home Opener

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis (2-3) will host South Alabama (2-1) on Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. in the home opener for the 2025 season.
Noah Malige has been a standout for the Blazers this season, already boasting two wins over ranked opponents in singles play. In UAB's match against Tulane, Malige downed No. 101 Luke Petrovic and against LSU he defeated No. 75 Aleksi Lofman.
Juan Pablo Valdez is also off to a strong start this season, holding a 3-1 record in singles play, winning each of his last three matches.
The Blazers have picked up wins over Southern Miss and Tulane to start the season.
