Robins & Morton Contributes to Bartow Arena Renovation Project

BIRMINGHAM - The UAB Department of Athletics has announced that Robins & Morton has helped continue momentum of the Bartow Arena renovation with a $250,000 commitment towards the project.
"We have always believed in supporting our community. Birmingham would not be the same without UAB – its impact is immeasurable," Bill Morton said. "Supporting this project is an investment in the future of UAB and the student-athlete experience. We're proud to support these improvements for such an important organization."
Bill, a respected figure in Birmingham's business community, is the Chairman and CEO of Robins & Morton. Robins & Morton is one of the largest general contractors in the region and has long been a leader in the health care construction sector.
Robins & Morton has a long history of supporting UAB Athletics and are active season ticket holders. Bill currently serves as a Director on the UAB Athletics Foundation Board and also made a generous commitment to the UAB Football Operations Facility.

The $14.6 million Bartow Arena renovation project is intended to feature four main components:
Additionally, the UAB Department of Athletics recently unveiled season ticket pricing and allocation details to provide Blazer fans and the Birmingham community with the best opportunity to build their priority leading into the newly renovated Bartow Arena in advance of the 2026-27 season.
UAB men's basketball season tickets are still on sale for the 2025-26 season, and fans can continue to build their priority leading into the 2026-27 basketball priority allocation process by joining Blazer Boosters. - Club-level lounge and club-level seating for enhanced viewing experience
- Replacement of lower bowl retractable seating to elevate fan experience
