Women’s Soccer Travels to Charlotte

BIRMINGHAM – UAB women's soccer (3-2-6, 0-0-3) travels to Charlotte (5-4-1, 1-1-1) on Thursday, Oct. 2. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT and will air live on ESPN+.
SERIES HISTORY
Charlotte leads the all-time series 9-3-3 with the last match taking place in Birmingham on Oct. 10, 2024. The match ended in a 0-0 draw.
LAST TIME OUT FOR THE BLAZERS
UAB battled UTSA to a 1-1 draw last Thursday at PNC Field. Brielle Rochester netted her second goal of the season off an assist from Lauren Lucero. The Roadrunner responded 10 minutes later to tie the match.
SCOUTING THE 49ERS
Charlotte tied 1-1 with UTSA last Sunday. Megan Bradley was the lone scored for the 49ers which was her third goal this year. Bradley, Amelia Brown, Naroa Domenech and Evie Craven are all tied for leading the team with three goals on the season.
GOAL SCORERS
The Blazers have had 11 different goal scorers this season combining for 19 goals.
