SERIES HISTORY
The match marks the 11th time the two teams have faced each other. The Blazers lead the series 6-5-0.
LAST TIME OUT FOR THE BLAZERS
The Blazers picked up a season-opening win over ETSU on Friday night. The 1-0 victory was highlighted by a goal from sophomore Abby Graeser. The goal marked the first of her collegiate career. In transfer Maia Sirota's first game with UAB, she assisted Graeser with the goal after her free kick was saved by the Bucs goalie. From the save by ETSU, the ball bounced off the post and fell in line for Graeser to head the ball in for a goal.
SCOUTING THE CARDINALS
Louisville topped Bellarmine 7-0 on Friday to open its 2024 season. The Cardinals seven goals were the most goals in a single game since 2018. Louisville returns 14 players from the 2023 squad.
RETURNING TO THE PITCH
The Blazers return 14 players from last season roster including Graeser who was named to the 2023 AAC All-Rookie Team. Also returning is Avery Berryman who was named the AAC Rookie of the Week. Both Graeser and Berryman saw multiple starts last season.

TOTH'S BRILLANCE IN GOAL
Anika Toth returns for fifth season as the Blazers' primary goalkeeper. Toth was recognized as the AAC Goalkeeper of the Week last season after facing eight shots, turning back all three that were on target to record her third clean sheet of the season against Charlotte on Sept. 14.
