Men’s Tennis to Face No. 31 Auburn, Mississippi Valley State on Tuesday

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis will travel to Auburn on Tuesday for a doubleheader against Auburn and Mississippi Valley State. Due to impending weather, the Blazers' matches against MVSU in Hoover were converted to a split doubleheader at Auburn.
The Blazers match against the Tigers is set for 10 a.m. CT. It will be the first meeting between the two programs since 2015. UAB's last win over Auburn came during the 1999 season.
UAB will then face the Delta Devils immediately following the first match. The Blazers defeated MVSU, 7-0, in their sole meeting during the 2023 season.
Last time out the Blazers fell to UCF, 5-2, on February 25. Carlos Gimenez Perez leads the Blazers with a 7-3 singles record on the year.
