Men's Tennis Picks Up 4-0 Win Over Georgia State

ATLANTA – UAB men's tennis (4-3) picked up a 4-0 win over Georgia State on Friday night in Atlanta.
The Blazers picked up the doubles point for the third-straight match. The doubles pairing of Carlos Gimenez Perez and Juan Pablo Valdez has won five straight matches and the duo is 5-2 on the year.
DOUBLES
Gimenez also extended his streak in singles play with his fifth-straight win. The Blazers picked up their other two singles wins from the freshmen, Ondrej Valek and Juan Pablo Valdez. Valek moved to 4-2 on the season while Valdez picked up his second singles win in a row.

The Blazers will return to action on Sunday at the Hoover Met Tennis Complex against Chattanooga.
