BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis (5-3) downed Chattanooga (3-6) on Sunday afternoon at the Hoover Met Tennis Complex, 6-1, to earn its third-straight win.

The Blazers earned the doubles point for the fourth-straight competition. Noah Malige and Ondrej Valek are 5-2 on the year on Court 1.

Carlos Gimenez Perez continued his hot streak in singles play with his sixth straight victory. UAB won five of six courts to secure the win. The freshman duo of Juan Pablo Valdez and Ondrej Valek each earned their third straight wins in singles play.
