PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – UAB men's soccer (0-4-3, 0-1-1) tied Temple (0-4-3, 0-1-1) on the road with a final score of 2-2. Humphrey Doh led the Blazers with his first two collegiate goals.
The Blazers led early in the contest after a pair of goals from freshman Humphrey Doh in the 15th minute. Doh's first goal was a laser into the bottom right corner of the goal with his right foot from just outside the box.
Only moments later, Doh put the UAB lead at 2-0. Haris Osmanbasic played a cross into the box, Noe Garcia headed it across the face of the goal and Humphrey Doh headed it into the net.
The Owls were able to respond in the 23rd with their first goal of the night on a low cross into the box that was put into the back of the net. Temple was able to tie it up in the 39th minute off a corner kick.
In the second half, each team was able to put together some scoring chances, but neither side broke through. Haris Osmanbasic nearly put the Blazers in front in the final minutes, but his attempt hit the post.
