Men's Tennis Hosts North Alabama

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis (2-2) hosts North Alabama (1-2) on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. CT at the Hoover Met Tennis Center.
The Blazers return to action after finishing last weekend's competition with a 2-1 record. After falling to South Alabama in the first match of the weekend, the Blazers downed Alcorn State and Alabama State.
Michal Lusovsky has been a standout for the Blazers early in the season. He currently holds a 3-0 singles record, including a win over the No. 35 player in the country. In doubles, Lusovsky, along with Georgios Nouchakis, hold a 2-1 record early in the season.
Noah Malige is another Blazer that has gotten off to a hot start. The sophomore is undefeated in both singles and doubles play. He is 3-0 in singles competition, and he has dropped only one set. In doubles play, Malige and Nikola Puric are 2-0 with one unfinished match.
