BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's basketball (3-2) will face Furman (3-2) on Saturday at Bartow Arena. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. CT.

SERIES HISTORY
Furman won the only meeting between the two teams in 2016 by a score of 84-74.
LAST TIME OUT
The Blazers picked up a 58-57 win on the road against Middle Tennessee earlier this week. Javian Davis scored a career high 21 points and Yaxel Lendeborg added nine points while grabbing 12 rebounds as the Blazers scored 40 of their 58 points in the paint. UAB's 58 points were its fewest in a win since 2019.

Davis opened the 2023-24 season with a career performance against Bradley, scoring 20 points, grabbing 15 rebounds and securing four steals while shooting 8-for-9 from the field. Against Middle Tennessee, Davis scored a career high 21 points to lead the Blazers to the win.
