Sierra Frazier Named C-USA Player of the Week

BIRMINGHAM- Junior catcher Sierra Frazier has been named the Conference USA Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Frazier racked up 11 RBIs, five hits and two home runs, including a grand slam during the series sweep on the road over UTEP. She also added 13 putouts and two assists from the field. This is Frazier and UAB's first conference honor this season. Frazier has 48 RBIs, three triples, and seven home runs on the season, as well as 207 putouts.
UAB softball will play in the Conference USA Tournament this Wednesday. The Blazers will face Charlotte on May 11, at 12:00 p.m. If UAB wins, the Blazers will take on Western Kentucky at 5:00 p.m.
Softball season tickets are available by purchasing the 2021-22 Gold Card for $65 here. The 2021-22 Gold Card will get you access to all home events for Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Softball, and Baseball (Regions Field & Young Memorial). This card is not valid for Conference USA or NCAA Championship events.
