BIRMINGHAM- The UAB men's soccer team will close out their home spring schedule with a match against No. 12 Marshall at 1Β pm on April 10th at BBVA Field.Β

In their last home match, the Blazers (3-10-1, 1-3-1) picked up their first win over a ranked opponent since 2016, with a 1-0 decision in extra minutes over then No. 18 Kentucky on March 27.Β In overtime,Β Brooks RiceΒ found the back of the net fromΒ Cale Loughrey'sΒ assist in the 98thΒ minute to get the golden goal.

In their last game, the Thundering Herd (7-2-2, 4-0-1) took down Florida Atlantic 1-0 on April 3. Marshall held the Owls to just four total shots and zero on goal.
