BIRMINGHAM- The UAB men's soccer team will be on the road to face South Carolina on Saturday at 1 p.m.

The Blazers (3-9-1, 1-2-1) picked up its first win over a ranked opponent since 2016 with a 1-0 decision in extra minutes over No. 18 Kentucky on Saturday evening at BBVA Field. In overtime, Brooks Rice found the back of the net from Cale Loughrey's assist in the 98thminute to get the golden goal.
ABOUT SOUTH CAROLINA
In their last game, the Gamecocks (6-6-1, 0-3-1) lost 2-1 to Florida Atlantic. South Carolina tallied 11 shots with two on goal.
